I collaborate closely with health and social teams to co-develop programs, policies, and procedures that align with Nation priorities and values. My work often includes developing job descriptions, operational guidelines, and reporting tools that reflect both cultural and clinical perspectives. My goal is to empower communities through culturally grounded and practical solutions focused on mental health and wellness. Each partnership is built on trust, relationship, and a shared commitment to creating meaningful resources that strengthen systems and foster well-being. Services include support across all stages from planning and design to policy writing, workforce development, project management, and implementation. While my standard rates are listed hourly, I’m always open to discussing daily or project-based quotes that reflect the scope and needs of your work.
